Par. 1 General provisions
The subject of the website is the sale of products. In matters not covered by these regulations, the relevant laws in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland will apply, and in particular the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended), the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) and the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926, .).
Content on the website describing the products does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The price list on the main page of the Website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
Par. 2 The procedure for placing orders and the moment of conclusion of the contract
- The customer can place orders on the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the website: https://dentaltechnika.com . Orders can be placed both by registering and setting up a customer account in the online store and as a "guest", without registration.
- During registration, the customer creates his individual login and password to the customer's account, which is obliged to protect and not provide unauthorized persons. The seller may terminate the account of keeping an account with a 7-day notice if the Customer violates the provisions of the Regulations or generally applicable law.
- The website sells on the territory of the Republic of Poland and abroad. Information about products and services presented on the Website's websites constitute commercial information within the meaning of the Civil Code.
- Placing an order is an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, submitted by the Customer. In order to place an order, the customer should use the e-store available at: https://dentaltechnika.com . Orders placed in the above -mentioned way are confirmed by email. The conclusion of the contract is considered to be sent to the Customer with confirmation of acceptance of the order.
- The day of performance of the contract concluded via the Website is the day of sending the ordered products to the customer via Poczta Polska or courier.
Par. 3 payments
All prices presented on the Website are net prices, not concluding tax on goods and services (VAT), determined by separate provisions.
The website provides for the following types of payments:
a) Banking through the external payment system Przelewy24.pl, served by DialCom24 sp. Z oo with its registered office in Poznań.
b.) Bank transfer through an external PayPal payment system, served by PayPal (Europe) S.à RL & Cie, SCA based in Luxembourg, the customer plays the order according to prices at the time of placing the order. The website reserves the right to change prices. This provision does not apply to orders already processed.
c.) Bank transfer to the seller's account.
d.) Cash only in certain cases.
e.) Bank transfer through an external Stripe Payments Europe payment system, Limited based: 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland.

A correctly submitted complaint should at least contain:
- Customer designation (name, surname, address, e -mail address, contact telephone number),
- Description of the advertised product.
In a situation where the data or information provided in the complaint requires supplementation, the Service Provider reflects, before considering the complaint, to the complaint submitting to supplement it. The time of providing additional explanations by the website extends the period of considering the complaint.
In the case of contracts concluded with consumers, the website is responsible for the consumer on the terms set out in art. 556 and subsequent Civil Code for physical or legal defects (warranty). The service within 14 (fourteen) days will respond to the consumer notification. Otherwise, it is considered that the seller considered the consumer's statement or request justified.
If the customer who was a consumer demanded the product exchange or made a declaration of price reduction, specifying the amount for which the price is to be reduced, and the service did not respond to this request within fourteen days, it is believed that this request was considered justified.
In the case of contracts concluded with clients who are not consumers at the same time, pursuant to art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the service liability under the warranty is excluded.
Par. 5 withdrawal from the contract, termination of use
Warranty and withdrawal from the contract
- Warranty for goods
The seller provides a guarantee for the offered goods in accordance with their status:- 14-day warranty for used goods,
- 12-month warranty for new goods.
The warranty date runs from the date of the goods to the customer or a third party authorized by the Customer.
In the event of detecting the defect of the goods during the warranty period, the customer has the right to make a complaint in accordance with the rules set out in the Regulations.
- Withdrawal from the contract
Consumer, pursuant to art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, who has concluded a distance contract, may withdraw from it without giving a reason and without incurring costs, with the exception of the costs specified in art. 33, 34 and 35 of the Consumer Rights Act. To this end, a relevant statement should be made in writing within fourteen days from the date of delivery of the subject of the contract.

the User may at any time give up using the Website.
The seller reserves the right to suspend the service of the Website, modify its functionality or termination of services at any time and any reasons.

Par. 7 Final provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce changes in the content found on the Website and to possible changes in the price list of products offered through the Website, depending on the changing average market rates.
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
a) any damage caused by users - in connection with the use of the Website - third party rights,
b) damages resulting in disturbances in the operation of the Website or its inaccessibility, caused by reasons beyond the reasons beyond the service provider or which occurred as a result of events which the Service Provider was unable to prevent,
c) any other damage caused by the User's non -compliance with the provisions of these Regulations.
A change in the content of these Regulations may take place after prior informing Users about the scope of anticipated changes no later than within 14 days before their entry into force. Orders placed during the previous version of the Regulations will be carried out in accordance with its provisions.
Possible disputes arising between the seller and the customer, who is a consumer, will be resolved by a common court competent in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure. Possible disputes arising between the seller and the customer who is not a consumer will be resolved by a common court competent for the seat of the website.
