These Regulations are the Regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended), and also regulate the conditions for concluding Sales Agreements on the Website, in accordance with the content of other acts regulating this obligation.

The website operates in accordance with applicable legal regulations and with respect for good practices in business transactions, in particular with regard to e-commerce standards regarding the quality of goods and the handling of transactions.
Definitions:
Regulations – these Regulations together with annexes, informing about the obligations and rights of the Parties to the Agreement,
Party – a party to the Agreement is the Customer or the Seller – in the case of the term Party – this shall be understood as the Customer and the Seller jointly,
Distance Contract – a contract concluded with the Customer as part of an organised system of concluding distance contracts, without the simultaneous physical presence of the Parties, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the moment of concluding the contract,

Customer – a natural person, a legal person and an organisational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, purchasing products or services via the Website,
Consumer – a natural person purchasing products or services via the Website for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity,
User – any entity using the Website, Account – an individual administration panel of the User, available after registration and logging in to the Website, marked with a login and password, used to conclude contracts,
Registration – the process of creating an Account on the Website by the User,
Payment Method – the form of payment for the ordered product or service, selected by the Customer when placing the order, offered by the Website or as a result of individual arrangements with the Website in a form other than the payment methods presented on the website,
Attachments – information on the right to withdraw from the contract and a sample withdrawal form.
Goods – a movable item presented in the Online Store, which may be the subject of a Sales Agreement.
Working Day – a day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Address for service – ul. Marii Konopnickiej 14b, 64-980 Trzcianka, Poland, indicated by the Seller as the address for submitting specific declarations and the address for correspondence.
Order Form – the technical system located on the Website enabling the Customer to place an order using the available form fields.
Section 1 General Provisions
The subject of the Website is the sale of products. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of law in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland will apply, in particular the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended), the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) and the Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended).
The content on the Website describing products does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The price list on the Website's home page does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
Section 2. Ordering procedure and time of conclusion of the contract
- Customers can place orders on the Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the website: https://dentaltechnika.com . Orders can be placed either by registering and creating a Customer Account in the Online Store, or as a "guest" without the need to register.
- During registration, the Customer creates a unique login and password for the Customer Account, which they are obligated to protect and not share with unauthorized persons. The Seller may terminate the Account agreement with seven days' notice if the Customer violates the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or generally applicable laws.
- The Website conducts sales within the territory of the Republic of Poland and abroad. Information about products and services presented on the Website constitutes commercial information within the meaning of the Civil Code.
- Placing an order constitutes an offer, within the meaning of the Civil Code, made by the Customer to the Seller. To place an order, the Customer should use the online store available at: https://dentaltechnika.com . Orders placed in the above-mentioned manner are confirmed by email. The contract is deemed concluded upon sending a return message to the Customer confirming receipt of the order.
- The date of execution of the Agreement concluded via the Website is the date of sending the ordered products to the Customer via Poczta Polska or Courier.
Section 3 Payments
All prices presented on the Website are net prices, excluding value added tax (VAT), as defined by separate regulations.
The website provides the following types of payments:
a) Bank transfer via the external payment system przelewy24.pl, operated by DialCom24 sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Poznań.
b.) Bank transfer via the external payment system PayPal, operated by PayPal (Europe) S.à rl & Cie, SCA, based in Luxembourg. The Customer places the order at the prices in effect at the time of order placement. The website reserves the right to change prices. This provision does not apply to orders already in progress.
c.) Bank transfer to the Seller's account.
d.) Cash only in certain cases.
e.) Bank transfer via the external payment system Stripe Payments Europe, Limited with its registered office at: 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland.

Any complaints related to the provision of Services via the Website and any questions regarding the use of the Website should be submitted to the following e-mail address: shop@dentaltechnika.com
A properly submitted complaint should include at least:
- Customer identification (name, surname, address, e-mail address, contact telephone number),
- description of the advertised product.
If the data or information provided in the complaint requires supplementation, the Service Provider will request the supplementation from the complainant before reviewing the complaint. The time it takes the Service to provide additional clarification extends the complaint review period.
In the case of contracts concluded with Consumers, the Service Provider is liable to the Consumer under the terms specified in Article 556 et seq. of the Civil Code for physical or legal defects (warranty). The Service Provider will respond to the Consumer's complaint within 14 (fourteen) days. Otherwise, the Seller will be deemed to have deemed the Consumer's statement or request justified.
If the Customer who is a Consumer has requested a product exchange or has made a declaration of price reduction, specifying the amount by which the price is to be reduced, and the Service does not respond to this request within fourteen days, it is considered that the request has been deemed justified.
In the case of contracts concluded with Customers who are not also Consumers, pursuant to Article 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the Website's liability under the warranty is excluded.
Section 5 Withdrawal from the contract, termination of use
Warranty and withdrawal from the contract
- Warranty on goods
The Seller provides a warranty for the offered goods in accordance with their condition:- 14-day warranty for used goods,
- 12-month warranty for new goods.
The warranty period runs from the date the Goods are delivered to the Customer or a third party authorized by the Customer.
If a defect is detected in the Goods during the warranty period, the Customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the principles set forth in the Terms and Conditions.
- Withdrawal from the contract
Pursuant to Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, a consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, except for the costs specified in Articles 33, 34, and 35 of the Consumer Rights Act. To do so, an appropriate written declaration must be submitted within fourteen days of delivery of the subject matter of the contract.

- Users
may terminate their use of the Website at any time.
The Seller reserves the right to suspend the Website, modify its functionality, or terminate the provision of services at any time and for any reason.
Section 6 Technical Requirements and Information on Cookies
The recommended technical requirements for cooperation with the ICT system are:
- computer with Internet access,
- access to e-mail,
- web browser.
The website uses cookie technology.
Cookies (also called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User's end device and are intended for using the Website.
Cookies enable the recognition of the User's device and the appropriate display of the website tailored to his individual preferences.
The Website uses various types of cookies:
- Persistent cookies – stored on the end device for the time specified in the parameters of a given file or until they are deleted by the User,
- Temporary cookies – deleted when the session ends (i.e. logging out, leaving the website or closing the browser),

Section 7 Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to the content on the Website and to make any changes to the price list of products offered via the Website, depending on changing average market rates.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
a) any damage caused by Users violating the rights of third parties in connection with the use of the Website,
b) damage resulting from disruptions in the operation of the Website or its unavailability caused by reasons beyond the control of the Service Provider or which occurred as a result of events which the Service Provider was unable to prevent,
c) any other damage caused by the User's failure to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended after Users are notified of the scope of the intended changes no later than 14 days before their effective date. Orders placed while the previous version of the Terms and Conditions was in effect will be fulfilled in accordance with its provisions.
Any disputes arising between the Seller and a Customer who is a Consumer will be resolved by a common court having jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure. Any disputes arising between the Seller and a Customer who is not a Consumer will be resolved by a common court having jurisdiction over the Website's registered office.

e) using the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr .
